Registration and ticket sales are ONLINE starting September 3, 2023. This show has sold out the past 12 years and is expected to sell out with no on-site registrations available. Only cars and trucks 1989 and older can be registered, entry will be strictly enforced, no refunds for vehicles registered in violation of show policies. Vehicles taking up more than one standard sized parking spot must purchase 2 entries and park in the grass area. No trailers permitted.

Registration will be limited to 4 vehicles per household and packets will not be transferrable in 2024. Window Card must match ID to enter.
Participant registrations are refundable up to February 13th, Eventbrite fees are not refundable.

The 50/50 Raffle will return in 2024 with the proceeds support The Children's Miracle Network at McLeod Children's Hospital. 5 winners are expected to each received $2,500
The Silent Auction benefiting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society will have over 100 items for sale in the large tent next to the main stage. Stop by to bid on these items and to support our charities.

SPECTATOR PARKING
Coast RTA city transit buses will provide Shuttle Service from 7:30am to 5:30pm on show days from the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Stadium located at 1251 21st Ave N, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577, less than 1.5 miles from the car show. Buses typically run every 10-15 minutes. All buses are handicapped accessible, visit Coast RTA website for more information. The cost for off-site parking is $5 per vehicle and 100% of the proceeds are donated to our local charities. NO TRAILER PARKING AT PELICAN STADIUM, trailers will be towed at the owners expense.

Handicapped Access
Handicapped parking is available at the southeast corner of the event site off N Kings Highway and Myrtle Place. City busses from offsite parking is equipped for handicapped access. Scooter rentals can be reserved in advance or rented on site from the below vendors adjacent to the handicapped parking. Only recognized single occupant handicapped access scooters for one person are permitted, defined as an FDA recognized Class II Medical Device designed to aid individuals with mobility impairments. Multi-person scooters and personal golf carts are not permitted inside the event. Golf carts are permitted solely for the use of EMT, police, security and event staff. Run to the Sun Car and Truck Show will endeavor to make all reasonable accommodations so that this event may be accessible to persons with disabilities. Please be aware that the event site is 56 acres and requires a significant amount of walking to see everything. There are over 3,200 vehicles and 10,000+ people to navigate around as well as many inherent trip hazards that we make our best efforts to eliminate or mark for your safety. Spectator wristbands can be purchased online through Eventbrite up to and including the day of the event. Spectator tickets are refundable up to March 7th, Participant passes are refundable up to February 13th. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Vehicle registration will be capped at 3,200 this year, registration is limited to 4 vehicles per participant and packets are not transferrable in 2024.

Vehicle owners are not permitted to save spaces, limited exceptions will be permitted up to 10am on Thursday only with pre-arranged areas for clubs. Please be courteous to your fellow classic car enthusiasts.

Vehicle must match window card (year, make and model) vehicles entered 1990 or after will be asked to leave without refund. Changes to registered vehicles can be made at packet pickup or email if prior to packet mailing.

Vehicles taking up more than one standard sized parking space will have to purchase 2 registration entries and may only park in the grassy areas. Absolutely no trailers permitted in the show area.

Only cars and trucks may be entered into the event, no motorcycles or special interest vehicles permitted.

Absolutely no pets are permitted with the exception of documented support animals.

Only recognized single occupant handicapped access scooters for one person are permitted, defined as an FDA recognized Class II Medical Device designed to aid individuals with mobility impairments. Personal Conveyance Vehicles (PCV's) are not to exceed 48 inches in length and 32 inches in width and carry one occupant and travels on 3 or 4 wheels. Multi-person scooters and personal golf carts or ATV's are not permitted inside the event.

No bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, segways or other motorized vehicles other than registered cars and trucks are permitted.

Visitors without a wrist band will be asked to purchase one at the gate or asked to leave.

No firearms, alcohol or drugs permitted on event grounds.

Personal 10x10 foot pop-up tents are permitted in grassy areas only and must be securely staked to the ground, subject to event staff approval.

No charcoal grills or open flames are permitted due to fire code regulations, small propane grills are permitted in the grassy area if more than 10 feet from cars and vendor booths.

All participants, spectators, vendors, employees and visitors bear any and all risks associated with attendance or working at the event. To the extent permitted by law, and in consideration for being at the event, I hereby hold harmless, discharge and release Run to the Sun Car Show, LLC it’s officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and anyone else connected with The Run to the Sun Car and Truck Show from any and all liability, claims, causes of actions, damages or demands of any kind and nature whatsoever that may arise from attendance at the event.
